Despite spending a lot of time in front of cameras, whether it is on the set of a movie or the lens of the paparazzi, it seems that Arnold Schwarzenegger has gone against Hollywood types and stayed away from plastic surgery.
65 year old Arnold Schwarzenegger has been at the center of plastic surgery rumors for years, undergoing everything from Botox to liposuction, according to reports.
However, despite the rumors, it seems that Arnold is aging naturally, something he showed off on a recent press tour for his new action movie The Expendables 2.
In an interview reported by USA Today, Arnold said he’s never had any cosmetic procedures like, “Botox. Or any surgery.”
“So this is the real thing,” he added, pointing to his face.
While Schwarzenegger’s face might retain some youth, his knees are another story. Known once as much for his physique as his acting prowess, the star of such films as The Terminator, Commando, Conan The Barbarian, and True Lies admits that his knees took a beating on the set of The Expendables 2, his new film starring Sylvester Stallone and just about every big action star from Bruce Willis to Jean Claude van Damme.
“There were scenes where I had to drop down to my knees over and over again,” he said. “When you get up each time you really feel it in your knees.”

“For me it was really interesting because one day you are making policy and you’re stimulated in how you fix the budget problem of the state and about the maze of educational issues and all those things,” Arnold Schwarzenegger told IBN Live. “Then the next day you are on the set having a shoot out from with Sly and all those guys.”
