I’ve never seen a Twilight movie in my entire life, but I know Ashley Greene is one of the franchise stars. She is the hottest girl in that particular movie series.
In high school, she was a cute kid, but after a few tweaks, she became a complete Hollywood hottie.

In my opinion, she had a brow lift to make her eyes larger plus a rhinoplasty (I think she had more than one, but the work looks excellent). She wears green tinted contact lenses too.

Lately, Ashley Green and her uniquely shaped nose have bolstered some potentially unwanted attention. Now, what people want to know, not surprisingly, is whether or not Ashley Greene underwent a rhinoplasty procedure. So, here we go again … do I think Ashley Greene “had her nose done ?”
Satisfying, right? Well, here is the issue. Ashley has an interestingly shaped nose, not a lot of discussion about that. However, the shape is suspicious and fits her face quite well. So lets break it down, and get to a more concrete answer.
Ashley’s nose has a very, very refined tip. The lower cartilage is very prominent at the tip of her nose, and tightly pinches towards the bottom. In a lot of cases, this overtly defined tip, pinched bottom, and larger nostrils is a dead giveaway (ie: rhinoplasty).

Now, this is where it gets interesting. If you look at pictures of Greene, you’ll note that although her nose looks pinched towards the bottom and very defined, it is not perfectly symmetrical. Believe it or not, women can undergo rhinoplasty operations as young as 14 (essentially anytime post puberty). Inside of the nose are growth centers, which control how your nose will grow as you do, and as long as your nose is done ‘growing’ it is fair game to alter. However, operating on too young of a patient can not only make the overall symmetry of the face appear odd, but it can also lead to crooked nose growth because some growth centers are operational and other have been essentially shut off via surgery. This could lead to an asymmetrical appearance, such as the one seen in Greene’s nose.
Alright, so that confirms it, right? Well, unfortunately … no. After the Senior year picture surfaced (Greene also graduated early at 17), a few more sites got their hands on even older pictures of Ashley and they were pretty self-explanatory. This picture, taken in 2003, (September – October 2003, since it was a school photo) shows a 16 year old Greene with the same nose. Now, like I said before, she could have undergone a rhinoplasty procedure essentially anytime between 14-16, but since she already has the same amount of asymmetry here as she does now, it’s hard to argue that she had a nose job between 2001 and 2003, continued growing during that time (a good doc wouldn’t do this), reached a complete point of asymmetry, and kept this exact same nose with no revisions despite the fact that she was just barely getting into acting around age 17.
So has Ashley Greene had a nose job? Well, if you really want to, you can make some big arguments based on my points above. However, after looking through all the evidence, I’m going to say – NO, Greene happens to have a very distinct, defined, organic nose! Well, men out there who will be dragged to future Twilight movies, rest assured that it’s her natural face keeping you awake (I’m kidding Twihards).
