Anne Hathaway is pretty indeed but pictures show how
she has received some help of plastic surgery to increase the size of
her boobs like many other celebrities have done.
If she has implants we have to recognise that they look very natural.

In these 2 pictures Anne Hathaway looks different. She
has probably through some non-surgical cosmetic procedures for facial
rejuvenation, she has got larger breasts and her nose looks slightly
reshaped. I would say that she has also got cosmetic dental treatments.
Some people say that actress Anne Hathaway got plastic surgery to achieve her image: a rhinoplasty, lips augmentation and even breast implants.
She have said that she used to want plastic surgery: “I wanted a nose
job, but now, my nose is what lets me change my face a lot - and I can
be glamorous as Agent 99 [in Get Smart], then look rough as a drug
addict for (director) Jonathan Demme [in upcoming Rachel Getting
Married]... Your face needs to have character if you’re an actor -

We don't think that she got anything done, her body and face don't have
any important change like to be product of plastic surgery. Her lips
are full, sometimes they look fuller but it can be result of the make up
that she is wearing in those occasions.
About her breast, we don't think that she got implants either because we don't see any of the classical signs for breast augmentation. She is still so young though, so who knows if she get something done in the future.
