Questions remain over key details in both Obama’s and the Senate’s proposal, including exactly how the roughly 11 million illegal aliens in the country would attain citizenship.

And Obama’s speech drew almost immediate criticism from U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fl.), one of the four Republican architects of the Senate proposal, who slammed the president for indicating that “reforming immigration quickly is more important than reforming immigration right.”

Well, Bar Refaeli doesn’t disappoint, and she’s as gorgeous as you’d assume a woman with that kind of resume would be.

However, like most models, there’s always been rumors that the Israeli-born beauty isn’t all natural, and whispers of a nose job (rhinoplasty) and a breast augmentation have followed her throughout her career.

Well folks, once again, the rumor mill seems to be batting .500; Bar Refaeli almost definitely has breast implants, but that nose is hers. When making an assessment of Bar, most surgeons agree that her breasts, while very well done and very natural looking, are just too wide for her frame, and seem to float in a strange matter when she’s been photographed swimming (in these cases, the implant is shifting around the pocket).

Bar’s implants are well-done, as nearly their only giveaway is their large size on her slim frame.

New York City plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer notes, “Bar Refaeli is naturally beautiful. She certainly has a great body and face. There are a few pictures of her swimming which show her left breast volume shifted upwards as compared to her right. While other pictures at the same photo shoot show the breasts at even position. This could possibly be due to the implant shifting within in its pocket. However, I see no other evidence which would suggest plastic surgery. There is no question why she is a supermodel – she is gorgeous.”

Plastic surgery amongst supermodels is common, especially nose jobs and breast implants, leading “Body Work”…Breast and Body Contouring expert Dr. John Di Saia to surmise that Bar has, “At least breast implants.”

Bar may also have had a rhinoplasty, another common plastic surgery procedure amongst supermodels.

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, Calif., says, “Difficult for me to tell exactly, but I think her nasal tip looks a little smaller. It she did have one, it was conservative and it looks good.”

Although Dr. Nassif specializes in the face, he also notes Bar’s large chest, saying, “They do seem a little large to be natural.”

Celebrity watcher Molly Goodson of PopSugar claimed: "I was incredibly shocked to see Axl Rose when he came out of the woodwork … with his corn rows and his whole new appearance. I think a lot of his fans were shocked."

Host A.J. Hammer revealed: "If you are hoping to get an admission out of Axl, it's not going to happen. He's never said a word about his transformation."

It has to be mentioned that AwfulPlasticSurgery.com, a website dedicated to chronicling "the good, bad, and ugly of celebrity plastic surgery," has posted an especially unflattering item about Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose. Describing him as "something of a recluse," the website reveals that Axl "has apparently spent his time getting some very appearance-altering plastic surgery. He looks like a totally different person after a light face lift, cheekbone implants, and assorted chemical peels that have left his skin rosy pink. Ewww."

There are many disputes about the issues of how Axl's face has changed so dramatically in only a few years and most fans claim this is just an example of bad plastic surgery.

According to Axl Rose's friend Sebastian Bach, Axl is baffled by these claims, stating that his youthful looks are utterly natural and not the result of any plastic surgery. Bach insists Axl Rose is blessed with genes. "The man has never had plastic surgery or Botox. That's the way he looks. He looks young, dude.", explains Bach.

I can't believe Ashley Tisdale is joining the other hollywood celebrities and saying that she got a nose job for medical reasons. What does everyone else think-was it for medical or cosmetic reasons?

Ashley Tisdale Nose Job may have been for functional or medical reasons as well, but she has certainly changed her appearance.And in my view the results aren't good. I don't think she is to happy with it either. She looks much better in the before shot. There was nothing wrong with her nose in the beginning.

After Going through these Ashley Tisdale Nose Job Before and After Pictures in my opinion the tip of her nose looks smaller. I don’t feel like Nose Job was exactly needed. She does not look much different and the rhinoplasty was not an improvement.

I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose.Tisdale vehemently denies having gotten the surgery for cosmetic reasons and says that she is not a supporter of plastic surgery.I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose,said Tisdale.

Looking at Tisdale's old nose it seems that her bridge twists to the right slightly at the top, but is otherwise quite a nice nose that does not require cosmetic enhancement. While Tisdale's case may indeed prove to be a medical necessity, it is likely that her corrective surgery will have some cosmetic benefits and that the star had taken the opportunity to also improve upon her nose while repairing her deviated septum.

Star from Disney's production "High School Musical" Ashley Tisdale got a nose job (rhinoplasty).  She admitted only a septoplasty (to correct a deviated septum) as other stars as Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Aniston said when they got plastic surgery.  Her surgery was followed by online comments saying that she may get HIV infected with the procedure, situation that was denied by Tisdale's rep.

Ashley had the procedure in Nov 2007 to correct a deviated septum, but she also smooth out the bump on her bridge (fractured as a teenager), making the procedure also cosmetic by some people posting their opinion online, to which she said: "[Tabloids] have doctors talk about what they think I did with my surgery, but they did not examine me... They don't know what I have inside my nose... It's very irresponsible for a medical professional to comment on someone whom they have not examined," notes Tisdale's rep, Scott

She commented to People Magazine: "Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing...The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose..."I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I just want to be honest because my fans are everything to me."

She also commented about the rumors of her having more jobs done: "People are saying I had another nose job and I did not. That's ridiculous... "I was away in New Zealand filming a movie (They Came From Upstairs) and so people think I went away to have more work done. But I didn't."  And about breast augmentation: "Look at me... Does it look like it to you? No! It's ridiculous. I'm not for plastic surgery. I'm not going to get another surgery. I can promise you that."

There have been reports that High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale is getting fake boobs to go with her fake nose. Star Magazine report:

“Ashley wants curves. She wants to be sexy and not to look like a stick-thin model. She wants to look like a model…She’s already trying on padded bras to pick her new size!

But don’t expect to see Ash’s new bust anytime soon, the actress has decided to wait until she wraps up shooting on High School Musical 3: Senior Year before undergoing the surgery.“

The part about getting a boob job in order to look like a model, is such a cop out. The only “models” that get breast implants are wannabes, pornstars and trashy lingerie models. Name one working supermodel that has breast implants! I bet you can’t because real models don’t have fake tits.

Of course, Ashley Tisdale’s rep has denied that she is getting breast implants, but that is standard procedure. She also supposedly got the nose job in order to fix a deviated septum. Riiiiiight…I’m so sure that Ashley will get a boob job that I’m willing to post the before and after pictures right now:

Mary-Kate Olsen dyed her hair! Right? That’s MK with the dark hair in the black gown, and Ashley is the blonde in the purple dress? Sure. That’s what I’m going with. Anyway, these are new photos of MK and Ashley at last night’s CFDAs, definitely the most low-key event as compared to the Met Gala. Both girls wore their own label, The Row.

I hate to admit it, but I kind of like Ashley’s purple gown. It’s nice seeing her in such a beautiful color, and while the gown shows off nothing of her slender figure, I’m imagining this on a pregnant celebrity and I’m liking it. MK’s gown is just meh, though. I do like her as brunette, I have to admit. And the twins still spend too much time on the red carpet posing tit-to-tit. It’s not cute! But MK and Ashley did have a good night – they won the 2012 Womenswear Designers of the Year for The Row. Congrats.

Rachel Zoe, stylist and designer, was also wearing something from her own collection. I hate the dress, but I’m including these photos with the Olsen ladies because I think of Rachel Zoe as an honorary Olsen. All three women are so, so skinny and all of them hide their bodies in these bulky, oversized clothes. I’m not saying that ALL women need to show off their bodies and wear bandage dresses. I’m not saying that at all. But this oversized hobo-chic look has run its course. Buy some clothes that fit, for the love of God. And considering all of these women are “designers” – surely they can “design” something that fits?

She claims that she approached WWE with the idea of doing the show, and after going through the casting process, she found out she made the show ten days before she had to leave for China to film it. Prior to the experience, Massaro had never been camping before, so to train for the show she had to get used to being outside. She was voted out on the second episode, after six days in China.

Has Ashley Judd had plastic surgery?

Ashley Judd of “De-Lovely” and “Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood” fame, and now stars as a single mother in the new film “Dolphin Tale,” is either aging gracefully or has had some cosmetic surgery help.

Ashley Judd who has been married to Scottish auto racer Dario Franchitti for ten years now, seems to look younger lately. Is it natural or has she had some plastic surgery to enhance her facial features and keep aging at bay?

Ashley Judd is not a happy camper. The 44 year old actress is furious at the press for claiming she got plastic surgery on her face, when in actuality she simply gained weight and had to take steroids because she was ill!

“When I am sick for more than a month and on medication (multiple rounds of steroids), the accusation is that because my face looks puffy,” she wrote in a post on the Daily Beast. “I have ‘clearly had work done,’ with otherwise credible reporters with great bravo ‘identifying’ precisely the procedures I allegedly have had done.”

Ashley admits she’s put on pounds, which has altered her appearance, and calls out writers for calling her rude names.

“When I have gained weight, going from my usual size two/four to a six/eight after a lazy six months of not exercising, and that weight gain shows in my face and arms, I am a ‘cow’ and a ‘pig’ and I ‘better watch out’ because my husband ‘is looking for his second wife,’” she wrote, disgusted.

We can’t say we blame her for being so upset. Wouldn’t you be mad if people you never had met made false claims about your appearance?

Ashley Judd set the plastic surgery rumor mill into motion this week, when she appeared on a Canadian talk show to promote her new TV series, Missing, looking a little ... well, bloated.

The typically svelte actress's face was noticeably puffy during her appearance, sparking speculation that she had undergone a cosmetic procedure.

But that's not the case, according to her rep.

"Ashley has been battling an ongoing, serious sinus infection and flu," the rep, Cara Tripicchio, told E! News, adding that Judd has "been on a heavy dose of medication to overcome it."
